Magic is on the air ! For two years ( 1996/1997 ), David Stone filled the airwaves
with magic ( Alain Bernard’s program, every second friday in “Midday magic”)
and talked to the listeners at home. His
talk can be divided into two parts :

A/ Radio Magic
David performs magic to the guest of the day by giving him or her a short easy
demonstration which he subsequently explains.
He talks about the history of magic and what it is like being a famous
magician and the cultural influences of conjuring this ancient performing art.

B/ Interactive magic: "Magic at HOME"
Then a listener calls in and does a trick directly with Stone. For example, card tricks, objects borrowed from the listener which Stone manages to find...by telephone ! It’s a question of performing tricks at a distance where the mathematic subtleties are hidden by a scenario and a performance put on concerning the theme of the day ( a guest, release or promotion of a film...).
